Return Policy:

Dietary Ways must be notified via email (info@dietaryways.com) before returning products to receive your return confirmation number.  Dietary Ways can not accept returns without this number and is not responsible for lost/misdirected or stolen items. We cannot accept returns on opened or incomplete merchandise (i.e. 7 packages/box). All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 10 days for exchange, refund or credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.  Please include a printed copy of the email correspondence within the shipped item noting the return confirmation number.  Return shipping address will be provided upon making contact regarding your product(s).
